Title: Chief of Staff

Location: Tampa, FL (in-office)

What you’ll do:

• Oversee execution of operational and leadership initiatives
• Coordinate and attend executive meetings
• Draft correspondence, documents, and presentations
• Set expectations for execution timelines and milestones
• Follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure timely completion
• Work collaboratively across Harness to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation

You'll do well in this role if this describes you:

• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple teams
• Aptitude to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Excellent time management skills with attention to detail
• Proven experience with G Suite, PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of LFI (Large Financial Institution) regulatory, audit, and compliance practices; ensures that projects under your supervision are fully compliant with corporate standards
